She also ran a successful PR business early in her career

Akanksha has significant industry experience with Microsoft where she headed up Government Sector Marketing to NASSCOM where she headed up the Pune & Bangalore offices before moving to a central role

She has since focused on Innovation working on the NASSCOM BCG Innovation report as well as being a consultant for Erehwon before starting her own Innovation practice with 9 dot 9:
Her acclaim in this area has led to her being asked to speak at multiple International conferences

Utkarsh is an IIT Kanpur alumnus with significant experience in using different technology platforms for knowledge transfer, education and business management.

He has worked on a number of projects relating to food and agriculture:

He was a key team member for the design and build of Agropedia the online knowledge repository for information related to agriculture in India. It includes universal meta models and localized content for a variety of users with appropriate interfaces in multiple languages. This national portal, designed as an "agricultural Wikipedia" hosts a wide range of agricultural information on a variety of crops, with an aim to empower farmers with crop information.

Utkarsh has also worked on Simulation and Computation for Agricultural and mechanical Simulations, working with companies such as Nvidia and Fraunhofer Germany

He has also worked on the creation of an aquifer mapping system

There are a number of education and career counseling businesses which he helped to set:
